Targets & Niveles
Projected targets
Where the targets and prior highs sit, without touching the candles.
What it is for
A small tool that does one thing well: project a grid of targets from a higher-timeframe axis and keep the previous day, week and month highs and lows in view. Everything is drawn to the right, in the empty space of the chart, with the price written on each line; history stays untouched.
Mode
Confirmed on bar close
Previous levels are requested from closed bars with no lookahead, so history does not repaint.
Requirements
- A TradingView account
- Invite-only access to the script
- Pine v6 · overlay
What it measures
- The anchor-timeframe axis
- Configurable targets above and below
- Three calculation modes
- Previous day, week and month highs and lows
How to read it
- The axis
- The centre of the grid, recomputed when each anchor-timeframe bar opens, not on every tick.
- The range
- Always the greater of the previous higher-timeframe bar range and average volatility. On a narrow day volatility wins, so the grid never collapses.
- Inside and outside
- Each family of lines has its own style and two independent distances: how far it reaches back into history and how far it projects. By default it reaches back zero.
What it does NOT mean
The targets are geometry, not zones where price has been shown to react: they come from a computed axis and range, not from where anyone actually traded. The axis is not “fair value” nor a magnet, and crossing it is crossing a computed line, not a signal.
