Miggy Capital is a brand of Mr Migraine LLC. For anything related to these terms, including dispute resolution, write to hola@miggycapital.com.

Miggy Capital sells education: interactive courses, simulators, books and tools for learning about markets and personal finance. All content is educational.

We are not financial advisers, and nothing we publish is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. We do not manage anyone’s money, we do not execute trades and we have no access to your broker. The decisions you make with what you learn are yours.

Trading futures, options and other leveraged instruments carries risk of loss, and that loss can exceed the amount invested. The examples, figures and scenarios in the content are illustrative and do not predict results.

You need an account to reach what you buy. An account belongs to one person: it is not shared, resold or used under several identities. The access you buy is tied to that account.

You are responsible for keeping your access safe and for the associated email being yours and current: that is where we notify you about charges and changes.

Displayed prices are final, with taxes included. The amount you see before paying is the amount charged.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details at any point.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — monthly or yearly, whichever you choose — at the price in force when you subscribed. If we change a plan’s price, we tell you before it applies to your renewal, and you can always cancel first.

You can cancel whenever you like from your account, under “Manage subscription”. There is no minimum term, no penalty, and no need to write to anyone to ask.

When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged after that.

If you subscribe as a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving reasons and get your money back. Just write to hola@miggycapital.com saying you withdraw.

This right stands even if you have already started using the content. The law allows waiving it in exchange for immediate access, but we do not ask you to waive it: we would rather you could look at what you bought and change your mind.

What you buy is personal access to the content, not ownership of it. You may use it, study it and apply what you learn in your own trading, without limit.

What you may not do is redistribute it: copy it, publish it, resell it, use it to train third parties for money, or extract it by automated means. The content, the brand, the MCI method and the software are ours or licensed to us.

We may suspend an account that clearly breaches this, with prior notice unless the breach is serious or repeated.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will never fail: there is maintenance, there are incidents and there are third-party dependencies. If an outage is prolonged and our fault, write to us and we will make it right.

Content grows and gets corrected over time. We may remove material that has become outdated or wrong; what we will not do is hollow out a product you have paid for.

If we change these terms, we publish the new version with its date and, when the change affects you materially, we notify you by email before it applies.

We are liable for what the law requires us to be liable for, and we exclude no liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including wilful misconduct and gross negligence.

Beyond that, and for the obvious: we are not liable for losses you incur trading the markets. We teach; we do not trade for you and we guarantee no outcome.

If you subscribe as a consumer, you retain in any case the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring claims before its courts.
