The 14 days
As a consumer in the European Union you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw, with no justification and no penalty. We refund the full amount by the same means you paid, within 14 days of you telling us.
And yes: even if you have already logged in and used the content. The rules allow asking you to waive this right in exchange for immediate access, and many do. We do not ask, because buying a course you cannot open before deciding is not an informed purchase.
How to ask
Write to hola@miggycapital.com from your account email saying you withdraw. There is no form, no exit survey and nobody trying to talk you out of it.
After the 14 days
After that window there is no refund for the current period, but you can cancel whenever you like from “Manage subscription” in your account: you stop paying from the next renewal and keep access until what you already paid for runs out.
If you have been charged something you did not expect — a renewal you thought was cancelled, a duplicate charge — write to us. That is not a withdrawal, it is a mistake, and mistakes get fixed.
