Iceberg Intelligence
Real hidden size
Orders that reload and defend a level without moving it.

What it is for
Finds and measures iceberg orders: a small visible size that reloads over and over while aggression hits it, without price breaking through. Someone large is defending that level out of sight.
Mode
Heuristic · confirms with MBO
Reloading is estimated from depth; only MBO moves it from “Possible” to “Confirmed”.
Requirements
- Bookmap with live data
- Futures (ES/MES) or crypto
- miggy-iceberg-intelligence.jar
What it measures
- Iceberg Strength, with the level
- Confidence
- Defense Efficiency
- Reloads and their rate
- Persistence, Survival and Exhaustion
- Estimated hidden volume
How to read it
- Strength ↑
- A well-defended level: many reloads, volume absorbed, and it lasts.
- Defense Efficiency ↑
- It absorbs a lot of size while barely moving price. Two thousand lots for one tick is very strong defence.
- Exhaustion ↑
- Smaller and smaller reloads with price starting to cut through: the reserve is running out.
Lifecycle

What it does NOT mean
A strong iceberg is not an instruction to trade against it: it measures defence, not future direction. And Confidence is how reliably the iceberg exists, not how well it will “work”.
⚠️ Decision support for 100% manual execution. It places no orders, automates nothing and is not financial advice.
